Bogor – Djuanda University, through the Institute for Tauhid Studies and Application (BPPT), held the 2025 I’tikaf event for the Da’wah Cadre Education Program as part of the selection process for students who will become da’wah cadre candidates. The event took place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Djuanda University.
One of the main programs of the event was the presentation of material by Mr. Rendi Ramdhani, M.Pd., Head of BPPT Djuanda University, carrying the theme:
“Fostering a Monotheistic Life on Campus.”
In his presentation, he emphasized that campus life must serve as a medium for implementing the values of tauhid—not only in academic aspects but also in all social, organizational, and student service activities. He stated that students who are da’wah cadre candidates must become examples of noble character and possess a vision of struggle based on tauhid.
“Tauhid is not merely a doctrine, but a value that must enliven the daily behavior of students. On campus, tauhid manifests in honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social concern. These are the characteristics of a monotheistic student that we hope Djuanda University will produce,” said Rendi Ramdhani.
He also stressed the importance of the 21 Tauhid Character Values (21 NKT) as the moral compass for Djuanda University students, which must be reflected in both academic and non-academic life.
This i’tikaf event was attended by students who were being selected to become part of a special coaching program. In addition to tauhid material, participants were also provided with Islamic insights, leadership knowledge, and worship practices that strengthen spirituality.
The event took place solemnly and enthusiastically, with the hope of producing da’wah cadres who are knowledgeable, well-mannered, and capable of becoming agents of change in society based on the principle of Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin.
